Our tags are not dishwasher safe because they are made of acrylic. They are meant to fit on the lid of your tumbler, but there may be some variation in fit depending on the type of cup you have because of variations in manufacturing.

Please contact us if the tag is having trouble fitting inside the lid, and we will work with you to custom-cut a replacement tag. We do not recommend forcing the tag into position, and we take no liability for any damage you may cause to your cup by doing so or by placing the tag in the wrong spot. Because this product is composed of laser-cut acrylic, if the tag is not affixed straight from above while being kept level, the edges may scratch.
